Shipping policy

Order processing time

All custom orders are processed and made within 5 to 7 business days and are only assembled once the order has been submitted. All other orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. Thank you for your support!

 

Shipping times

We ship from our studio in Ottawa, Canada. We currently ship to both Canada and the United States. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 to 48 hours to update.

 

Once the order has shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if order is shipped outside of CANADA.

 

  • Orders shipping within Canada the transit time is approximately 4 to 7 business days.
  • Orders shipping internationally to the United States the transit time is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • Orders shipping to an address in Canada with an order value of $100.00 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $18.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Canada with an order value of $100.01 and over before taxes, have a flat rate of $25.

 

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100.00 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $20.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100.01 and over before taxes, have a flat rate of $28.

 

Local pick-up

Local pick-up is not currently available.

 

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Refund and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 14 days that the tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. The cost to ship your order will be deducted from the refund amount. If items need to returned for a return or an exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping.

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • You must present a valid receipt.

Custom orders, Sale or discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to so up to 6 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at zenonparkprinthouse@gmail.com so we can make the changes immediately.

We provide tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. Should your order arrive damage, please take photos and send them to us at zenonparkprinthouse@gmail.com.
